Account details (name, email, phone), your organisation and verification (KYB) information, venue listings, bookings, messages with guests, calendar connection data, and technical data (device, session). Payout and bank details are handled by our payment processor (Stripe) — we never store full account numbers.
To operate your host account, verify your organisation, list your venues, process bookings and payouts, enable messaging with guests, sync your calendar, prevent fraud, and send service emails.
With your consent, we use PostHog (hosted in the EU) to understand how the host dashboard is used so we can improve it. Nothing is collected until you opt in via the cookie banner, and you can withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. See our Cookie Policy.
Our processors (hosting, database, payments, email, calendar) and guests who book your venue (your venue and business details as shown on your listing). We do not sell your data.
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data. Email privacy@venuesage.com and we'll action it. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
